Taylor Giorno is a National Security/Foreign Influence research intern at the Quincy Institute. She earned her bachelor’s in foreign affairs from the University of Virginia and her master’s in international affairs from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. A Rotary grant recipient, she successfully defended two theses, received multiple prizes for outstanding policy writing, and has published in Responsible Statecraft, The National Interest, and Inkstick Media.
