Ari Tolany is a Research Fellow at the Quincy Institute. Prior to QI, Ari advocated for a more transparent and accountable arms trade as the U.S. Program Manager at the Center for Civilians in Conflict (CIVIC). Ari previously served as a Scoville Fellow at the Stimson Center and a Brumley Fellow at the Strauss Center for International Law & Security. She holds a B.A. in International Relations and Global Studies and an M.A. in Middle Eastern Studies, both with high honors at the University of Texas at Austin.
