Rawan Abhari is an advocacy associate at the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft, based in Washington, DC. Prior to joining the Quincy Institute, she worked as a foreign policy fellow on Capitol Hill. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Middle Eastern Studies from Florida State University.
