Rebekkah Chatham is a program assistant / research associate with the Better Order Project at the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft. Previously, she worked in Riga, Latvia at the Baltic Security Foundation, researching Baltic history and resilience. She also spent time in Albania as a Peace Corps volunteer and speaks Albanian. Rebekkah holds a B.S in Sociology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, graduating summa cum laude. She is also a recent Masters of International Affairs graduate from the Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M, where she focused on Eurasian studies and Grand Strategy.
