Zoe Desch is the executive assistant to the CEO of the Quincy Institute and a recent graduate from the University of Notre Dame, majoring in Political Science and Studio Art. She participated in the Notre Dame International Security Center’s fellow program and wrote a capstone piece on industrial espionage, intellectual property theft, and technology with a focus on U.S.-China relations. She has also worked at the National Defense Industrial Association, at the Emerging Technologies Institute, at the National Defense University with the Global Supply Chains lead, and on the Hill as an intern. She plans to pursue a career in national security policy.
