Beatrix Geaghan-Breiner is the Quincy Institute’s Grand Strategy Intern. She is an undergraduate student at Columbia University studying the history of 20th-century U.S. foreign policy. As a Laidlaw Scholar, Beatrix has conducted research on the humanitarian effects of U.S. sanctions on Venezuela.
