Prospects for Peace in Ukraine and the Future of U.S.-Russia Relations
In light of the recently agreed Memorandum of Understanding between the U.S. and Iran, Washington is beginning to reengage in the peace process between Russia and Ukraine. With the approach of the U.S. midterm elections and another battlefield winter, the window of opportunity is likely to narrow, making the coming months critical for reaching an agreement.
