QI Adds an Eclectic Assortment of Non-Resident Fellows

WASHINGTON, DC – The Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft (QI) today welcomed ten accomplished scholars, journalists, and activists to its roster of non-resident fellows. QI’s non-resident fellows program connects a diverse array of military restraint-oriented experts who help bring outside-the-beltway thinking into the DC foreign policy conversation.
“This is our most well-rounded NRF class to date,” said executive vice president Trita Parsi. “With an extensive array of expertise and experiences, this class will deepen QI’s bench of expertise and help us to reach new audiences both inside and outside the beltway. As QI continues to speak out against the ongoing Iran War debacle and broad American overstretch in a multipolar world, these fellows will play a critical role in advancing an alternative, forward thinking vision of American foreign policy restraint.”
The new fellows are:

- Kevin Fashola, Conscious Citizen
- Bo Kong, University of Oklahoma
- Natacha Polony, l’Audace! (France)
- James Russell, Naval Postgraduate School (retired)
- Morgan Spector, actor
- Anchal Vohra, Foreign Policy
- Nick Zeller, Second Cold War Observatory
Since its founding in 2019, QI has brought together its non-resident fellows from around the country and the world to build a restraint-based network and given each a platform in Washington. With these latest additions, the program now includes 55 fellows.
